Ring Resizing

Life's too short to wear rings that don't fit. Now you can get the perfect fit even if you can’t visit our studio. Simply send your ring to me, and i'll expertly resize it before returning it to you via express post — ensuring it’s as comfortable and beautiful as ever. 

I aim to have resizes processed within 1-2 weeks of them arriving on my bench but if there's any delay expected i'll contact you immediately to give you a heads up.  

How the process works

• you pop this listing through,
• I reach out shortly after with the postage address, any questions i have, and packing advice,
• please send through any requested info and some photos of the piece,
• drop it into the post to our provided address,
• I'll test the piece to confirm metals, and reach out if required before proceeding,
• your piece gets resized, a fresh polish and a bath,
• popped into return shipping via express with tracking & insurance
  
  

Important notes *

• Resizing is done case by case, not all rings are suitable for resizing and we'll be able to advise this after seeing some photos of the piece, or after inspecting in person. Want to reach out before heading to checkout? email us at hello@janefinch.com.au and please include some photos 😊
• This listing covers resizing in sterling silver, or going DOWN sizes in solid gold.  If we're going UP sizes in gold then there are additional fees associated to cover the additional material cost. This is something we'll advise before proceeding, after inspecting the ring in person. 
• PLATED JEWELLERY is done case by case. There are additional fees associated with plated jewellery as we need to strip the plating, and replate it when finished. We'll advise this before proceeding. 
• We don't offer resizing on fashion jewellery using base metals (brass, copper).
• We more than happy to offer resizing on pieces made by other jewellers.
