Jane Finch Jewellery's First Studio Is Opening In 2025!

We have some incredibly exciting news to share — Jane Finch Jewellery finally has its first home! After years of creating timeless, handcrafted designs in privacy of my spare room, I've taken the leap and signed the lease for our very own studio. This milestone is a testament to the love and support of our amazing community, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to celebrate with you.

About The Studio

Our new studio is set in a warehouse located in a beautiful new business park in Laverton North, in Melbourne’s west. It was important for me to keep the studio kind of close to home while I adjust to working from an external space. 
It’s a space I've carefully envisioned to embody everything you know JF for. Bright, airy, minimal, and thoughtfully designed.
The studio will flow seamlessly between a workshop where the magic happens, and a studio space where we can showcase our collections and meet with you for consults. 

Why This Studio Matters to Us

This studio represents so much more than just a workspace. It’s a place where creativity will thrive, where connections will flourish, and where we can share the beauty of handmade jewellery with you. It also allows us to offer a slower, more personal experience compared to the bustling markets we’re often a part of.

With this space, we’re also reinforcing our commitment to staying local, supporting ethical practices, and keeping the personal touch in everything we do. It’s a space for our customers and supporters — a reflection of the beautiful community that’s grown around Jane Finch.

Join Us for Our First Open Day

We’re beyond excited to open our doors to the public for the very first time! Mark your calendars for January 11th, and join us for a low-key celebration of this milestone between 11am - 3pm.

Our Vision for the Future

The opening of this studio is just the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Jane Finch. With this space, we’ll be able to:

• Expand our offerings and explore new designs
• Host workshops to share the joy of jewellery-making
• Offer private appointments for those seeking something truly unique and personal

The offering i'm most excited for is a 'make your own wedding band' offering that'll launch in the first half of 2025. This is something I have been dreaming of offering for years and I can't wait to welcome you into the space to create your own sentimental pieces together. 

Our goal is to create a space where you feel inspired, welcomed, and connected—not just to our jewellery but to the stories and craftsmanship behind each piece.

This is also just the first step. I think alot of people were surprised when I told them I had signed the lease for a warehouse, and not a shop front.  But my current plan for JF is to get a workshop space setup and established, and then to open a shop front separately in a more central location down the line.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being part of this journey. Every order, interaction, comment, like and follow — every moment of support has brought me to this milestone, and I couldn’t have done it without you. This studio is not just mine — it’s a reflection of the beautiful community we’ve built together.
